Job description

RSW is recruiting for a prestigious company based in Blackwood. The positions are on a temp-to-perm basis, working twelve-hour shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off. The shifts will include 2 x 12-hour day shifts and 2 x 12-hour night shifts.

The pay rate is £11.69 per hour, with an additional £45 weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance.

The Role:

• Inspection of packaging and various products
• Maintaining a high level of concentration to ensure quality and fault monitoring
• Operating machines on a semi-automatic basis if required
• Manual handling tasks such as stacking pallets, wrapping, and moving pallets on trolleys
• General cleaning around the workstation
• Using cleaning solvents to clean mouldings when necessary
• Fulfilling and complying with health and safety policies
• Running more than one machine once trained

Previous experience in a factory environment or similar role is preferred. Own transport is required due to the location.
