The Technician Production Operations is responsible for accurately weighing and measuring chemicals, strictly following safety procedures, and maintaining precise documentation. These tasks are crucial for ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards within the organization. This position reports to the Reagent Manufacturing Supervisor and is part of the Cellular Production department located in Hialeah, Florida, and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Work in an environmentally controlled area.
• Blood Manufacturing to produce Reagents, Controls, and Calibrators for the Diagnostics product line. Cleanroom environment, glassware handling.
• Perform documentation such as batch record closeout, review, and authorization to commence.

The essential requirements of the job include: (High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance, stand 6 to 7 hours a day, and move materials in and out of a 2 to 8 degrees refrigerator 2 to 3 times a day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very strong ability to utilize analytical thinking and to multitask effectively. Detail-oriented.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or production setting.
• Experience using various types of weighing scales or balances.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, GLP, FDA).
