Job summary

Medical Murray is seeking a Production Engineering Coordinator in Lake Zurich to support manufacturing operations through documentation, data organization, and compliant systems in a regulated environment.

This desk-based role emphasizes paperwork, data tracking, reporting, and QA system support, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality to maintain procedures, quality standards, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years in manufacturing administration, production operations support, engineering support, or quality systems in a regulated env.
• Associate degree preferred in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing, production, or operations support roles, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting production documentation and quality systems (NCRs, CAPAs, LHR) preferred.
• Experience in cleanroom, assembly, or controlled manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Production Operations support by monitoring material availability and communicating shortages to Production and Engineering teams.
• Track and maintain employee training records in the learning management system and support timely production flow.
