Qualifications

• High School Diploma; no previous experience required.
• Must be able to work in a Controlled Environment Room.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read and write and understand English.
• Demonstrates math and inventory control accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build product following Quality Systems and Processes and meet manufacturing goals.
• Maintain records, including Lot History Records (LHR), and GMP/GDP policies.
• Process small parts under a microscope.
• Meet or exceed cycle time and quality standards for trained stations.
• Maintain attendance, including scheduled overtime.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups; rotate to other stations as needed.
• Follow safety policies and 5S principles.
