Elbit Systems of America, LLC is seeking a Manager of Operations in Roanoke, VA to lead mid-tier operations bridging supervisors and the Director of Operations. You will drive daily performance, ensure consistent execution across production zones, and support factory initiatives.

You will supervise Production Supervisors, coach staff, oversee staffing and workflow, monitor metrics, and partner with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering to remove barriers and sustain safety, quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
3–7 years in production, manufacturing, or operations roles.
Experience leading teams or supervising production staff.
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, build plans, and labor/quality expectations.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Production Supervisors across assigned production areas.
Ensure daily production plans, staffing, and workflow execution.
Monitor performance metrics (schedule adherence, throughput, labor efficiency, defects, scrap, rework) and drive corrective actions.
Partner with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering to remove systemic barriers to production success.
Enforce safety, regulatory, and quality requirements across assigned areas.
