Qualifications

• Ability to consolidate and report critical information to management.
• Excellent communication skills at multiple levels, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Maintain capacity to support current and future production volumes with focus on new products and standards.
• Manage workflow and scheduling of operations staff.
• Analyze processes to streamline operations and improve quality.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to meet schedules and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage budgets and department goals.
• Interview and make hiring recommendations; conduct terminations as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and provide management reports.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
