Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Production Equipment Technician to lead mechanical and electrical support for the production line on-site at a Broadridge location. You will supervise operators, manage software for insertion/finishing equipment, and maintain equipment inventories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a production environment with machine repair experience.
• Experience/understanding in spare parts control and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Project planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical and electrical support to the production line and support operations with equipment-related and machine setup issues.
• Supervise training and certification of machine operators on material and detection setup on Insertion/Finishing equipment.
• Research current versions and models of vendor software.
• Maintain the inventory for machines and provide management with a comprehensive inventory.
• Cross-train with Senior Technicians on operating software uses and instruction for job setups and mode modification.
• Follow all departmental procedures and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
