Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing or related field or HS diploma with 6 years progressive manufacturing experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for direct reports on assigned lines/shifts to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met through daily cadence of operations.
• Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions including CAPAs.
• Coordinate staffing and overtime to meet production needs.
• Mentor and develop team members and conduct training as needed.
