Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan production operations for locations and set priorities and sequences for products.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate department activities to ensure production and quality meet specifications.
• Monitor and report daily production output and status.
• Participate in process improvements, upgrades, and projects.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and work with distribution process owners to optimize costs and service.
• Address employee relations, scheduling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Work with Safety and Quality teams to ensure compliance and training.
