Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Must have general knowledge of production operations and techniques; food safety; product yields and USDA regulations.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual skills helpful.
• Travel: Minimal.
• Supervisory: This person is responsible for supervising a group of team members who perform various production tasks or activities.
• Special Skills: Team Leader problem solving and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production Team Members for quality, safety and daily department responsibilities.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve objectives and maintain accountability.
• Ensure compliance with human resources, safety, food safety, sanitation, and all other duties per management.
• Lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; support special projects as needed.
