The role requires 7-10+ years in injection molding, 3-5+ years of leadership, and a proven Lean/Six Sigma track record; bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and GMP standards; mentor production teams; manage budgets and resources; lead strategic projects.
