You will coordinate check-ins and track milestones, serving as a main contact for new production employees during onboarding and training. Position requires coordinating with supervisors, maintaining records, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives, including program events and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding and training activities for new team members.
• Ensure trainers are prepared to support new production employees.
• Monitor new employee progress and coordinate 10, 20, and 30-day check-ins.
