Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a Production Associate in Bethlehem, PA. The role runs Tue-Fri on 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a pay rate of $19 per hour.

The ideal candidate will operate production machinery in a GMP facility, ensure quality, and follow customer specifications. Responsibilities include loading and adjusting equipment, maintaining production schedules, documenting actions, and adhering to safety, quality, and SOP requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year production experience, in a GMP facility is preferred.
• Load machinery to maintain production schedule.
• Make setting adjustments on equipment as necessary during the production run.
• Comply with GMPs, safety, quality, and SOPs.
• Complete all required reports, documentation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Run, feed and maintain the production machinery.
• Read and write English.
• Clearly communicates to others and actively listens.

Premier food manufacturer is seeking a machine operator who canensure a quality product while adhering to customer specifications. Employee will safelyoperatemachinery and equipment used in producing ingredients, product parts or in packaging.

Duties for a Production Associate

Skills and Knowledge of a Production Associate

1+ year production experience, in a GMP facility is preferred Load machineryto maintain production schedule Make setting adjustments on equipment as necessary during the production run. Complywith GMP's, safety, quality, and SOPs. Ensure that the equipment to be operated is in good mechanical condition by visual inspection, identify any problems and contact maintenance for repair. May be required to shut the equipment down and prepare it for cleaning. Complete all required reports, documentation, etc.

Physical Requirements for a Production Associate

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to constantly stand/walk, bend and twist throughout the shift. Significant visual acuity for computer screen, small objects on the line or equipment, and ingredient problems.
