Anduril Industries is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for the Applied Intelligence initiative. You will bridge ML research and production operations, owning infrastructure that brings prototypes to reliable, production-grade systems on factory floors and OT networks.

You will collaborate with data engineering, engineering, and operations teams to build datasets, training pipelines, and inference systems, ensuring 24/7 operation with high availability and security.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in software or ML engineering environments.
• Strong production MLOps: data pipelines, model versioning, deployment automation.
• Proven track record taking ML models to production and maintaining them.
• Experience with on-call rotations and production incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Own production hardening and deployment of ML prototypes; ensure reliability of systems.
• Build and maintain inference infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Develop end-to-end ML platform stack from data ingestion to model serving.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and data drift detection for production ML apps.
• Provide mentorship and drive best practices for MLOps and observability.
