You will handle site utility projects that keep our communities running, with steady work, strong pay, and a crew that values teamwork and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Operate mini excavators to dig trenches, install pipe or conduit, and backfill safely and efficiently
• Work with the ground crew to set grades, place bedding material, and maintain safe trench conditions
• Read and follow construction drawings and specifications
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience operating mini excavators in construction or utility work
• Knowledge of trench safety, slopes, and bedding
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• (Preferred) Experience with underground utilities or operating other equipment such as skid steers or backhoes
