Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Dunlap, Tennessee is seeking a Production MIG Welder for full-time, 1st shift. You will weld metal parts using MIG, read prints, and work to tight tolerances in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, fabricating per layouts, using fixtures, inspecting parts, and preparing finished orders for shipment. Prior MIG welding experience in production is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience in production or fabrication environments.
• Ability to read prints and work to tight tolerances.
• Experience using measurement/inspection equipment.
• Familiarity with fixturing and layout processes.
• Safety minded and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal parts using MIG and other welding processes per prints.
• Review prints, process sheets, and layouts to determine operations.
• Check dimensions with inspection tools to ensure conformance.
• Layout reference lines and machining locations on work pieces.
• Operate power tools and fixture tables; assemble parts as required.
• Ensure orders are processed for shipment and maintain quality.
• Adhere to safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
