Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring MIG and TIG Welders for a Batavia, Ohio facility. You can work with MIG or TIG welding, and strong experience in either process is welcome. The role is full-time on 1st shift, with a starting wage of $19+ per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include reading instructions and drawings, performing welds to spec, inspecting weld quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Weekly pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• MIG or TIG welding experience required or welcomed.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent welds.
• Blueprint reading and fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG or TIG welding on custom manufactured components.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Fit, position, and weld components accurately.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
