Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a detail-focused Production Executive to drive critical path management and strengthen supplier relationships across the global supply chain. The role requires data-driven decision making, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Onsite collaboration is key, with a minimum four days per week at Gymshark HQ. You will manage POs, monitor supplier capacity, and produce actionable reports to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/ manufacturing or supply chain.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and reporting.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring vendor orders are issued within SLAs.
• Owning and maintaining critical paths to meet production timelines.
• Building relationships with vendors and leading production review meetings.
• Providing timely production updates to stakeholders.
• Monitoring vendor performance and supporting continuous improvement.
• Tracking supplier capacity against production demand for planning.
• Maintaining production tracking systems and data accuracy.
• Collaborating with freight forwarders and suppliers for on-time handovers.
• Producing and analyzing reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

• Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring vendor orders are issued within agreed SLAs.

• Building strong relationships with vendors and leading regular production review meetings.
• Providing timely production updates to stakeholders across the business.

• Tracking supplier capacity against production demand to support effective planning.
• Maintaining production tracking systems and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborating with freight forwarders and suppliers to achieve on-time handovers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED.

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Confident working with and analysing large volumes of data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance culture.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
• SAP or ERP system experience.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software experience.
• Degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
• CIPS qualification (or working towards).
• Experience within a high-volume, fast-paced production function.

Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of FOUR days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem-solve, and deliver world-class products for our community.
