Job summary

Taco Cranston is seeking a Material Handler I–Production to join the team on a 2nd shift, on-site in Cranston, RI. The role involves receiving, storing, and maintaining accurate component records, counting and verifying materials for production, and ensuring ERP entries are precise.

Responsibilities include pulling materials, moving goods, labeling inventory, and ensuring safety rules are followed. A High School diploma and forklift certification are preferred, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• > Meeting safety requirements; PPE always worn in the facility.
• > 100% accuracy on inventory transactions and quality requirements.
• > Adherence to processes and material usage with no deviations.
• > Ability to operate material handling equipment and basic data entry in ERP.

Responsibilities

• > Pulls orders from inventory, delivers production materials and supplies as needed.
• > Loads, unloads and moves materials; maintains orderly storage areas.
• > Maintains inventory by labeling materials and supplies and tracking counts.
• > Documents material handling in ERP and verifies part numbers and quantities.
