Job summary

Taco Cranston, a Taco, Inc. operation, seeks a Material Handler I – Production on a regular full-time basis. You will manage material flow, from receiving to warehouse storage, ensuring accuracy in ERP records and production readiness.

Responsibilities include pulling materials, loading/unloading, inventory labeling, and maintaining safe, organized work areas on the production floor. 1st shift, on-site and local to Cranston.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse/manufacturing experience recommended.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate related equipment.
• Proficient with basic data entry and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Pulls orders from inventory and delivers materials to production areas.
• Loads, unloads and moves materials as required.
• Maintain orderly storage areas and identify materials.
• Monitor ERP queue and request materials as needed.
• Verify part numbers and quantities for production orders.
• Document material handling in ERP and reconcile counts.
• Operate material handling equipment and perform pre-use inspections.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
