Potter Global Technologies in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Production Materials Expediter to move parts from the warehouse to the line, ensuring timely production. In this full-time, on-site role you will read work orders, verify items, pack and ship components, and keep inventory accurate while supporting daily shipping targets.

The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and a proactive approach to material flow in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive motions with lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from designated warehouse locations to support production and orders.
• Read work orders or follow verbal directions to determine exact parts, containers, and quantities.
• Verify item identity and counts to align with order specifications.
• Pack materials in correct containers per defined packing requirements.
• Prevent damage by securing goods for safe transport.
• Create shipping labels, confirm delivery addresses, and complete shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure on-time departures.
• Perform visual checks during pick/pack to identify defects or discrepancies.
• Update stock levels in inventory systems; communicate shortages or overages promptly.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve daily shipping targets.

Where & When You’ll Work

This is a full-time position, on‑site at our Hazlewood, MO location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
