Job summary

Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Material Handler I in Sedalia, MO. You will move materials between warehouses and production areas, deliver production supplies, and maintain stock to support ongoing manufacturing demands.

The role requires forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with warehouse software and MS Office. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely kit delivery and accurate part handling.

Qualifications

• Understand daily line demand with management
• Validate kit contents to areas within the factory
• Procure missing parts and deliver to shortage areas
• Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse to expedite needs
• Track and reconcile missing parts in station occurrences
• Ensure on-time kit delivery to work areas
• Assist in material movement and storage locations
• Able to lift and handle heavy parts when needed

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Management to understand Daily Line Demand
• Validate contents of kits to various areas within the factory
• Ensure proper procedures when procuring missing parts and delivering to shortage areas
• Collaborate with production, sales, and warehouse to expedite needs
• Track and reconcile missing parts in station occurrences
• Ensure kit delivery to correct build stations and trailers
• Record damages and initiate disposition procedures as needed
• Be prepared for overtime including weekends and evenings
