• Processes customer returns in business related software and coordinates with other departments to resolve
• Monitors production and ensures sufficient inventory on-hand for production needs
• Coordinates and expedites incoming orders and maintains customer order accuracy
• Performs cycle counting coordination and accuracy
• Performs other duties as assigned
