Job summary

HotKote is seeking dependable individuals ready to learn and contribute. You will operate forklifts, handle materials, and learn powder coating and other skills. The right candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, and has a positive attitude.

We value people who want to grow, offering a pay range of $22.00–$33.00 per hour, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off among others. Hands-on training is provided to those prepared to take on a physical job.

You’re someone who takes pride in being dependable. When something needs moved, loaded, washed, prepared, or finished, you’re willing to jump in and help get it done.

You may already have experience operating a forklift or combi-lift in a manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or production environment. Maybe you’re looking for a place where you can take what you already know and build additional skills instead of doing the exact same thing every day.

You don't have to know powder coating when you walk through our doors. You do have to be willing to learn it.

More Than One Job to Learn

This isn't a position where we expect you to stand in one spot doing one thing forever.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn different parts of the HotKote operation. Depending on your experience and interests, that could include forklift/combi-lift operation, material handling, washing and preparing parts, loading and unloading the coating line, and learning how to powder coat.

Come in with a willingness to work, and we’ll give you opportunities to build your skills.
