Harvard Integrations LP is seeking a Production Material Handler to ensure smooth material flow to the production line. You will deliver parts, tools, and materials on time and maintain routes for consistent workflow.

Responsibilities include updating ERP inventory movements, verifying material availability, and communicating shortages to supervision. This role requires on-site work on the production floor and collaboration with operators and warehouse staff.

• Able to manage time and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Performs frequent material handling and movement on the production floor.
• Comfortable working on the production floor and moving materials throughout the shift.
• Communicates clearly with operators, supervisors, and warehouse staff.
• Basic experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
• Team-focused and adaptable as priorities change.
• Organized- keeps the workspace neat and materials sorted.

Description

The Production Material Handler (also known as Water Spider or ‘mizusumashi’ in lean manufacturing) is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials to the production line. Their primary role is logistical support, keeping operators focused on value-added work by delivering parts, tools, and materials exactly when needed.
