Job summary

Menasha Corporation is recruiting for a material handler role in Minnesota, moving materials to correct locations and supporting production. You will ensure proper identification and material flow while maintaining safety and accuracy in inventory.

The position involves staging, paperwork, and helping presses with correct materials, with emphasis on CI, 5S, and STW activities to improve operations. Strong attention to safety and teamwork is required for success.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished goods to assigned locations.
• Ensure material movements follow procedures for ID, fit, form and function.
• Stage and conduct production jobs; complete paperwork and supply materials.
• Investigate inventory accuracies.
• Restack finished goods.
• Work safely using required PPE per STW documentation.
• Participate in CI; promote 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

• Move raw materials, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, fit, form and function.
• Stage and conduct production job accurately, complete paperwork and supply the presses with correct materials.
• Investigate inventory accuracies.
• Restack finished goods.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
