Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move, load and stage materials using a forklift, ensuring outbound materials meet customer specifications and paperwork is completed accurately.

You will perform daily equipment checks, maintain inventory accuracy, and support quality and shipping readiness to contribute to a safe, productive warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Perform product processing per work instructions.
• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report inventory issues.
• Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs.

About The Opportunity

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing all materials in accordance with established standard operating procedures. This role ensures that all outgoing materials are in acceptable condition and meet customer specifications. Duties include general material handling and operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials throughout the facility.

• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect proper inventory counts.
• Ensure all efforts meet the quality requirements of the customer, reporting any issues immediately.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and informs Service Center Manager when outside maintenance is required.
