Job summary

Pac Seating Systems Llc in Palm City, FL seeks a seasoned Production Planner to develop and maintain master production schedules, coordinate with inventory, and ensure on-time delivery. You will utilize ERP/MRP systems, generate production records, and collaborate with multiple departments to optimize material flow and scheduling accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of related experience, with strong MS Office and ERP/MRP proficiency.

• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail and scheduling accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with MS Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient with ERP/MRP, production planning, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develops, prepares, issues, and maintains production schedules to guide activities and resource allocation.
• Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials.
• Gathers data from internal teams and creates master schedules and production records.
• Monitors daily production results and revises schedules as needed.
• Maintains master planning schedule and works orders aligned to OTD goals.
• Maintains and reports on policies and records per AS9100 requirements.
• Examine drawings and documents to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Assists in make/buy decisions on manufactured parts.
