Responsibilities

  • Masking and demasking customer products according to detailed specifications.
  • Following work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
  • Inspecting your work to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Using small hand tools, microscopes, and other precision equipment.
  • Cleaning and preparing products and surfaces for processing.
  • Assisting with packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
  • Inspecting, cleaning, refurbishing, and reassembling coating fixtures as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Following Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling procedures when required.
  • Supporting additional production activities based on business needs.

Through our comprehensive Masker Certification Program, you'll receive hands-on training and develop specialized skills in precision masking, product inspection, and advanced coating processes.

What You'll Do

As a Masker I, you will play an important role in preparing customer products for the parylene coating process. During your first 6 to 12 months, you'll learn the skills necessary to become proficient in masking, demasking, inspection, and other manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Masking and demasking customer products according to detailed specifications
  • Following work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards
  • Inspecting your work to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
  • Using small hand tools, microscopes, and other precision equipment
  • Cleaning and preparing products and surfaces for processing

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • SCS Reading Comprehension Assessment may be accepted in lieu of a GED
