Job summary

Alliance Compressors LLC in Natchitoches, LA, is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Manager to lead second-shift operations in a high-volume facility. Based out of our Natchitoches, LA location, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of second shift operations. Your expertise will be vital in driving efficient production processes and upholding our high-quality standards. You will lead a dedicated team of two salaried supervisors and approximately 50-60 hourly employees. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize productivity, enhance operational performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and safety for the department.

Schedule

This position has the working hours of 4:00 pm - 2:30 am and is fully onsite.
