Advance Services Inc. is seeking general laborers to join our Sterling, CO manufacturing team as Operators working at multiple stations across shifts. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, steady hours, overtime, and weekly pay.

Pay ranges from $19.50 to $21.50 per hour, with 1st and 2nd shifts available. Duties include operating powered presses, heating metal, grinding, sorting, stamping, and packaging. On-the-job training is provided, and benefits and employer incentives are offered.

• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift.

• Configure and operate powered presses to cut and form metal materials used in manufacturing operations.
• Metal will be heated to high levels before being pressed and formed.
• Grinding, sorting, stamping, and packaging will be practiced daily.
• All other duties assigned by the supervisor.
