The role focuses on painting in the booth and on the shop floor, ensuring products meet production schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include setup, masking, painting, drying, equipment maintenance, and area cleanliness while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools such as rulers, scales, calipers, and tape measures.
• Experience using paint equipment, including paint guns and paint shakers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Required use of personal protective equipment(PPE) as required.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Production/Manufacturing Associate responsible for performing masking and painting operations for displacers, top-mounted controls, mechanical units, and electronic units. Salary Range and Benefits

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
