Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to handle metal case assembly tasks, including rivets, brackets, and hardware, in a production setting. You will ensure quality and accurate documentation while performing testing, inspection, and packaging of products.

The role involves metal finishing, prototype running, and related production activities. After gaining competency, opportunities to train others in similar roles may be available in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

• Responsible for all activities for quality operations of Metal Case Assembly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assembly of metal cases including insertion of rivets, brackets, and miscellaneous hardware.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation.
• Testing, inspection, and packaging of product.
• Metal finishing, prototype running, and other metal case production work.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.
