Job summary

You will build the production organization from the ground up and drive improvements for reliability and quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, cleanroom protocols, and the ability to manage a 24/7 operation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM, or 5+ years of manufacturing/operations leadership.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership position.
• 8+ years driving yield, throughput and quality improvements in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of high-volume solar cell production lines to meet ramp-up and ongoing output targets.
• Own end-to-end performance metrics including yield, throughput, cycle time and cost-per-watt.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing team in a 24/7 setting.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to achieve world-class quality.
• Collaborate with supporting teams to maximize line uptime and minimize disruptions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Champion safety culture, ergonomic practices and regulatory compliance.
