Job summary

Michael Kors in New York is seeking an energetic production manager to oversee the buy process, coordinate with global teams, and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the buy process and coordinate with global teams to resolve issues.
  • Work with overseas vendors to confirm on-time delivery of finished goods.
  • Upload and maintain final order quantities in PLM.
  • Communicate daily with vendors/agents on changes throughout production.
  • Review delivery extensions, early shipments, and air shipments.
  • Track bulk delivery schedules with overseas factories and logistics.
  • Track global FGPO booking reports.
  • Manage ECOMM copy requests and tracking Excel document.
  • Review and assign UPC descriptions for all SKUs in style master data.
  • Issue UPC information to factories each season.
  • Maintain global shipping manuals and packaging standards/changes.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis of vendor performance.
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee buy process in including working with global teams to resolve minimum issues
  • Work with overseas vendors to confirm and manage on time delivery of finished gods
  • Upload and maintain final order quantities in PLM
  • Communicate daily with all vendors/agents regarding changes/updates throughout production process
  • Review all delivery extensions, early shipments, air shipments, etc.
  • Track and maintain bulk delivery schedule with overseas factories and logistics team.
  • Track global FGPO booking reports
  • Manage ECOMM copy requests and tracking excel document
  • Manage Style Master Data Extract review/ updates in RLM and assign UPC description for all SKU’s

Compensation Range: 95,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD
