Work Shift: Night Shift (5 days a week starting at 7:00 PM)

Salary: Exempt (United States of America)

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Production Manager oversees nightly production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Functions - Roles/Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
2. Coordinate activities to meet production requirements; prepare weekly production schedules.
3. Forecast resin needs based on customer demands.
4. Plan production to optimize equipment and personnel utilization.
5. Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
6. Ensure timely supply of materials and manage inventory levels.
7. Establish tracking for on-time delivery.
8. Support customer service and communicate work order status.
9. Manage production capacity and plant budget.
10. Maintain inventory processes and supplier relationships.
11. Minimum three years’ supervisory or managerial experience.
12. Injection Molding experience preferred.
13. Manufacturing industry experience required.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
15. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
