Overview

This is a night shift position working from 7P-7A with the following work schedule: Week 1 Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Reporting to the Process Unit Manager, this position is responsible for leadership and coordination of all activities on their assigned shift(s). The role requires coaching and mentoring teams while ensuring efficient utilization of workforce and equipment. The supervisor will coordinate production to meet safety, quality, workflow, manning, material handling, and maintenance goals, using Lean Manufacturing techniques to drive continuous improvement. The supervisor is expected to participate in shift change meetings and develop high-performing, self-directed teams within manufacturing cells.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Empowerment in safety practices, shift handoffs, team performance, 6S, and change management.
• Responsibility for their shift with quick, accurate judgment.
