Job summary

Music Institute of Chicago is seeking a Lead Production and Operations professional to oversee Nichols Concert Hall events, rentals, and institutional programs. You will drive technical execution, supervise the production team, and ensure flawless show flow from setup to strike.

The role requires coordinating riders, managing lighting and sound, and maintaining equipment and schedules to meet client expectations and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of production or theater/event operations experience.
