Qualifications

• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience (food preferred).
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety training and regulatory compliance.
• Track OEE and production output; drive continuous improvement.
• Allocate labor and manage budget; maintain product quality and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with QA, scheduling, warehouse and maintenance teams.
• Develop training and progression for team members.
