Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years leadership experience with strong team-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of production management experience preferred.
• Financial literacy to analyze production costs and drive data-based decisions.

• Manage resources to meet production targets with quality and cost control.
