Job summary

UniFirst in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced facility. You will partner with the Production Manager to drive training, uphold safety standards, and push continuous improvements that reduce costs and improve quality.

You’ll oversee scheduling, coordinate with-Service, Sales, Maintenance, and Office, and ensure compliance with ISO/Lean Six Sigma practices while fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of production management experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 25%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Commitment to safety and compliance initiatives.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
