Job summary

Dometic, a global leader in mobile living, has an opening for a Production Manager in the Stuart area. You will manage capacity planning, labor scheduling, and KPI reporting to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.

You will extract and verify data, drive continuous improvement with the DPS, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires Lean manufacturing experience, a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience required.
• Capable of building production schedules.
• Knowledge of lean production systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily production.
• Ensure KPI accuracy and reporting.
• Extract and verify data for reports.
• Improve production processes and DPS adoption.
