Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager in Halifax, NC. You will supervise production and assembly, set improvement goals, and provide technical guidance to ensure timely, quality output. The role requires LEAN, ERP, and ISO knowledge plus a strong command of Excel/Word.

You will lead a team, manage resources and schedules, and uphold safety and efficiency standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Four years technical or business degree or equivalent specialized training is required.
• Five to ten years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of LEAN, ERP, material systems, and ISO standards.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Word skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production/assembly to ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Set goals for department improvements and monitor progress.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff when needed.
• Schedule, train, and develop personnel; conduct performance evaluations.
