Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Proven history of improving operations through leadership and process improvement.
- Experience with Lean, CI methodologies, and structured problem-solving tools.
- Coaching experience and development of future leaders.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet goals safely and efficiently.
- Lead and develop supervisors and team members to strengthen leadership.
- Set clear expectations and promote accountability across the operation.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Monitor metrics and take corrective actions to hit targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, purchasing, and customer teams.
- Identify and lead process-improvement opportunities.
- Foster continuous learning and operational excellence across the organization.
- Lead change initiatives and clearly communicate priorities.
