Job summary

Averro in Seattle is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to supervise daily production across metal fabrication, assembly, and shipping. You will coach 18 direct reports, drive on-time delivery, quality, and cost goals using KPIs and Lean/5S.

The role requires 5-7+ years of leadership in industrial manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree, and support from cross-functional teams with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience managing supervisors and hourly teams.
Experience overseeing fabrication and final assembly in industrial manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience); U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

Lead daily production across metal fabrication, mechanical/electrical assembly, and shipping.
Coach and develop 18 direct reports through monthly 1:1s and performance reviews.
Drive on-time delivery, quality, and cost goals using KPIs and Lean/5S.
Act as safety lead: preventive maintenance, forklift certifications, compliance.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning
