Job summary

Averro in Seattle is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to supervise daily production across metal fabrication, assembly, and shipping. You will coach 18 direct reports, drive on-time delivery, quality, and cost goals using KPIs and Lean/5S.

The role requires 5-7+ years of leadership in industrial manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree, and support from cross-functional teams with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience managing supervisors and hourly teams.
• Experience overseeing fabrication and final assembly in industrial manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience); U.S. citizenship required

• Lead daily production across metal fabrication, mechanical/electrical assembly, and shipping.
