Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing management.
- BA/BS in industrial, mechanical, or related field.
- Lean manufacturing experience including 5S and continuous improvement.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with manufacturing-based technology and processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules and optimize utilization.
- Direct programs including safety, 5S, cost reduction, and worker engagement.
- Develop capacity plans and strategies to ensure achievable production output.
- Ensure products meet safety and quality standards per customer and company requirements.
- Collaborate across operations for continuous improvement.
