Accelera Staffing is seeking a proactive Production Manager for our Littleton, CO operation. You will direct multiple departments, oversee shop floor activities, and drive output while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong mechanical expertise, hands-on leadership, and the ability to mentor staff, optimize workflows, and coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience with CNC machines, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.
• Warehouse and inventory management understanding.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-department teams.
• Experience improving production processes and productivity.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing tasks to meet quality goals.
• Coordinate personnel across production units to ensure team success.
• Optimize workflows by identifying constraints and implementing improvements.
• Supervise equipment usage and ensure safe operation and maintenance.
• Mentor staff on equipment usage, safety, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and downtime.
• Resolve mechanical and operational challenges to maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations to align production with goals.
• Track stock levels for raw materials and production components.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive work environment.
