Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
• Experience in custom machinery, automation, capital equipment, or industrial manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
