Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Atlanta is hiring a Rental Production Manager – L2 to lead a high-performing production team and ensure on-time delivery of products that exceed customer expectations. You will oversee plant operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and partner with sales and service to meet location goals.

The role requires prior Cintas Production Manager experience, supervisory background, and a proven track record in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory/management experience required.
• Two years industry experience preferred.
• Minimum one year as a Cintas Production Manager required.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum processed volume requirement of $18M or 2+ branches.
• Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience – works with Sales and Service teams to set expectations, resolve quality issues, and grow the business.
• Partner Experience – fosters a motivated, engaged, and diverse workforce.
• Safety and Risk Management – maintains safety culture and compliance with audits and policies; leads safety initiatives.
• Communicates with leadership to align production goals with location objectives and KPIs.
